Developing a new Comprehensive Plan for Berkeley County, WV

Berkeley County Comprehensive Plan May 1990

The following files are very large as they were created by scanning the 1990 document text and maps.  Unfortunately there was no existing digital file to work with.  You will need high speed bandwidth to make downloading these files practical.  Thanks to Matthew Mullenax of the county Planning Office for the hard copy and to Carolyn Koldos at Freshwater Institute for the scanning work, the existing plan is provided here as a resource and historical document.
